VenueChef uses the following third-party services (subprocessors) to host, secure, bill and support the platform. We choose providers with appropriate security and privacy commitments and remain responsible for their use.
| Service | Role | Location | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, realtime sync and hosting | United States / EU (project region dependent) | Stores and secures account, venue, operational and guest data. |
| Stripe | Payment processor and subscription billing | United States / EU | Processes subscription payments, invoices and billing portal sessions. |
| Vercel | Web hosting, edge functions and analytics | United States / EU | Hosts the Next.js application, serves static assets and provides privacy-preserving page-view analytics. |
| Resend | Transactional email | United States | Sends account and demo-related transactional emails when configured. |
| Google Analytics | Marketing analytics | United States | Measures marketing page traffic only after the visitor accepts analytics cookies. |
| Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) | Push notification delivery | United States | Delivers operational alerts to staff devices and, where a guest opts in, to a guest browser. Handles device push tokens and the notification text. |
Changes to this list
We will update this page if we add or replace a subprocessor that handles personal data. Material changes will be notified to account holders.
