These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VenueChef.
Who operates VenueChef?
VenueChef is operated by Real4Life LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Contact us for any legal or account question at legal@venuechef.com.
What the service covers
VenueChef provides software for independent hospitality venues: point of sale, QR ordering, kitchen display, reservations, staff management, floor-plan management and reporting.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Do not use VenueChef for unlawful activity or to process data you are not entitled to process.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Charges are based on the number of active venues connected to your organisation. You can view and cancel your subscription, and update payment methods, through the Subscription page or the Stripe billing portal linked from it. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period.
Free plan
The Free plan is offered at no charge and may include limits on venues, service points or features. We may change or retire the Free plan with reasonable notice.
Data ownership
You own the business data you enter into VenueChef, including menus, floor plans, staff details and transaction records. We process that data to provide the service and to comply with applicable law.
Service availability and support
VenueChef is built to keep working when connectivity is poor, using local caching on operational devices. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support requests should be sent to your account contact or to legal@venuechef.com.
Liability
VenueChef is provided as a business tool. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or through the product. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated terms.
